Reformer
-
Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout performed on a spring-loaded machine called a reformer.
Using a combination of resistance, movement, and breath, it helps build strength, improve flexibility, and support better posture—all in a low-impact, joint-friendly way.
-
Perfect for anyone looking to move with more control, feel stronger and more supported in their body—whether you're returning from injury or pregnancy, prefer a lower-impact style, or want to complement other forms of training.
Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or an experienced mover, the reformer can be adjusted to suit your level and goals.
-
You don’t need to be flexible or “fit” to start—just come as you are. Wear grippy socks, bring a water bottle and towel. Most importantly, go at your own pace—your reformer journey is yours to explore.
If you’ve never done reformer before and are feeling a little intimidated, try our Foundations Series first—it’s the perfect place to begin.
Mat
-
Mat Pilates is a floor-based movement practice that uses bodyweight exercises and small props—like balls, bands, rings, or light weights—to build strength, stability, and mobility.
It’s the original form of Pilates, focusing on controlled, precise movements that align the body and connect breath to movement—with a modern twist in our classes to keep things fresh, fun, and functional.
-
Those who want to move with intention, build body awareness, and feel stronger from the inside out.
Mat Pilates is great for beginners and seasoned movers alike, and it can be easily adapted to suit all fitness levels.
-
Mats are provided—just wear comfortable clothes you can move in, grippy socks, and don’t forget a water bottle and towel. If props are used, your instructor will guide you through how to use them.
Be open to slowing things down—mat work often looks simple but challenges you in ways that build lasting strength and awareness.
