Use the gift card code emailed to you at checkout by entering it into the promo code field.

You can also find your code in the Momence app under our business profile → Gift Cards. You may need to swipe the top menu to the left to find this option.

Gift cards can be used towards an initial membership payment.

However, any remaining balance cannot automatically be applied to future membership payments. Please contact us if you'd like to use your gift card towards a membership, and we'll help you arrange this.

All Home of Movement gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your expiry date will be included in your confirmation email, and we'll send you a friendly reminder 60 days before your gift card expires so you have plenty of time to use it. 🤎

You can view all your active gift cards, remaining balances and expiry dates in the Momence app.

Simply select Home of Movement, tap the gift card icon in the top right corner, and select your gift card to view the details. This includes gift cards you've purchased yourself as well as those you've received from someone else. 🤎

Yes! You can choose a future delivery date when purchasing your gift card, making it perfect for birthdays, Christmas and other special occasions.

No problem! You can simply forward your confirmation email containing the gift card code to the intended recipient.

Alternatively, open the Momence app, select Home of Movement as the host, then tap the gift card icon in the top right corner. Select the active gift card to access the options to copy or share the code. If you choose to share it, you'll be prompted to select a messaging app and recipient.
